Brad and Laurie Martin launched "In The Loop" in 2014, for the residents of Corral de Tierra, San Benancio, and Robley Roads. As the publication became more known and beloved in the community, in 2019 they were able to expand to nearly 5,000 homes on the Hwy 68 Corridor and River Road. The publication was rebranded in 2023 to "Greet Hwy 68 Loop." Laurie also runs Monterey County Real Producers, a magazine for the real estate community. They live in S. Salinas with their son, Mitchell, and their Dachsie, Buster. They enjoy their beautiful backyard garden and living in such a special place as the Monterey Bay area.

Building trust and garnering customer loyalty is a gradual process. The Greet program initiates this journey at the funnel's top, offering numerous chances for businesses to communicate their brand to neighborhood residents in a relational, rather than transactional, manner. This is achieved through a comprehensive multi-platform strategy, enhancing accessibility through print, social media, and the web.
The Greet Neighborhood Magazine is a monthly publication sent to homeowners, fostering a sense of connection among families within their community. It serves as a platform for residents to share stories about their families, beloved pets, neighborhood events, and more. What makes this printed magazine special is that its content is contributed by the residents themselves, making it a cherished source of community information.
As a business owner, enhance local engagement on social media by engaging with neighborhood resident social posts. This encourages residents to follow suit with your posts, creating a positive feedback loop that enhances your online presence. Emphasizing valuable tips that helps local residents, inspires the community to vouch for your credibility and fosters an authentic long standing connection.
A business's reputation depends on caring for the community it serves. By actively participating in initiatives or activities that align with the values and concerns of the neighborhood residents you serve, you demonstrate a genuine commitment to the well-being of the community. Keep seeking chances to give back, volunteer, or donate to show that you and your business care about what your customers care about.
